PLAYER SUMMER WORKOUTS
ADELPHI SPORTS PERFORMANCE
This summer packet is a tool to help prepare you for the upcoming season. The program within provides a researched, systematic and progressive approach to help you improve performance, all while decreasing the risk of injury and giving us the tools to become a successful team. All you have to do is thoroughly read through the packet; add in WORK ETHIC, DESIRE, COMMITMENT and DETERMINATION and you will be taking another step in the right direction towards having a successful season.
THIS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING:
1) Improve performance (strength, speed, agility, change of direction, power, anaerobic/aerobic endurance, flexibility, mobility)
2) Reduce incidence of injury
3) Increase confidence
4) Develop physical toughness to help us push ourselves through challenging times
